Rych probably has the longest improvement timeline of 2+ months compared to the two other clients and this wasn’t a mistake. Rych actually has a foundation which we could work on and I felt that it was unnecessary for him to risk losing muscle mass if I were to use the same methods as the previous clients as his problem areas can be managed with a simple diet change. 5 lbs might not seem extraordinary but if you would look at his before and after photo, it is evident that there was a visible change in his body fat percentage despite only losing 5 lbs. Need I mention that this was the result of only ONE small change in his diet?

If one small thing can make such a big impact, what more if you are to actually change your entire nutrition/workout plan for the better?
