One common mistake people make is that they ALWAYS aim to lose weight. Now, if you’re in the overweight/obese range, this is understandable, but for those already in their healthy weight range wishing to lean up? This is a huge no no. What you want to do is not to lose more weight as you would end up being underweight which would carry a whole host of other problems for you. The process that you’re looking for is called, body recomposition or minimal weight changes but emphasis in terms of body fat percentage improvement!

For Lhot, that meant a 2.4 lbs drop in a span of 3 months but we’re not really after the numbers here because as you can see from the visuals, despite the very minimal weight change, Lhot managed to flatten her tummy as evident from her side profile, so much to the point that the lines of her abs are now out! Her front view profile would show the improvement too in terms of her skin tightening around the waist, and at 51? This is feat in itself! These changes were brought about by proper nutrition alone. While Age can affect results, it is particularly blown out of proportion.
