In our 3 years of operation, one condition that seems to be a hassle to most of our female clients would certainly be PCOS. This condition when left untreated will cause a significant amount of weight gain among a whole bunch of other negative effects. The thing about PCOS is that most of the meds used to treat it, also causes a certain amount of negative effects and as such, it is mostly a choice between taking meds and risking the side effects or to try to avoid it altogether and try to remedy it by natural means.
