

When the lockdown was lifted, it’s as if the floodgates opened for a lot of people. People wanted to travel, to eat, to reconnect. It wasn’t any different for Rob. Frequent trips to Manila meant feasts left and right. Friends frequently visited him too which meant 2 bottles of alcohol minimum daily. Despite Rob being consistently active from calisthenics, running and lifting, his body continued to deteriorate from his bad eating habits. It was a chance encounter with a mirror that Rob finally realized just how bad things have become for his body and it was at this point that he decided to fix it, with our help.
In just a matter of 6 months, we were able to fully flatten Rob’s midsection which can be fully seen from his side profile photos. His front view would show you the huge improvement on his width as well as how his love handles are flattened! He managed to lose a total of 27 lbs during this period but like what we always tell our clients, It’s not a matter of how much you lose, but the QUALITY of the weight loss that counts.

For Rob, not only was he able to be in his fittest shape yet, but he’s now primed to go on his marathon journey, first signing up to a local marathon and eventually doing it overseas as well!
