

When it comes to effort, there is no doubt Christian is full of it. He’s an active runner and someone who’s used to getting his weight down from the 80kg range down to 75kg from simply running and crash dieting alone. But the problem with this is that his weight would yoyo up and down. It also doesn’t help that his blood chem values are higher than normal and this is what prompted him to seek professional help.
