

Growing up, Reg has been more on the thicker end of the spectrum. It’s not that she didn’t try to change this because she did. May it be from hiring personal trainers for gym and home workouts, to trying out various dieting methods as well as diet delivery services but nothing worked. She would always lose a bit on the first week or two and then hit a plateau and then she regains all of it quickly.
Despite the numerous setbacks, Reg didn’t give up and while it has been a frustrating journey for her, it made her even more determined to seek professional help until she finally ended up with us for 5 months. The results? 14.5 lbs total weight drop, causing her to drop a size down, as clearly seen with her thickness improvement from both front and side profile.
