It’s not everyday that someone finds out that they have a high blood pressure from their annual checkup, 180/100 to be more precise which then was slightly lowered down to 150/90 after a retest. It wasn’t just scary for Pat but it prompted him to seek immediate help!

Pat is what one would consider to be skinny fat. His limbs may seem normal but there is a huge concentration of fat deposit on his midsection. This body type is actually the most difficult to fix as overdoing the computations would make his tummy more bloated while under eating on the other hand will make him look anorexic while retaining the tummy bloat. Precision is key when it comes to the skinny fat body type and that is precisely what we did computation wise.

In just a span of 4 months, not only were we able to fully flatten his midsection, but his abs are properly showing too! Pat lost a total of 26.6 lbs during this period but more importantly, his blood pressure is further lowered to 130/80 and his cholesterol is now classified as normal from previously being high!
