Long working hours, lack of sleep and finding comfort through eating. This was a normal day in Ginny’s life. Just like a lot of other people, Ginny thought of maximizing her youth while she’s still in her 20s to hustle through and while that worked well for her for a while, her health started to take a beating, starting off with her blood pressure going through the roof with early signs of hypertension, her blood chem results were no better. It was a wake up call for her which made her look for a less stressful job, slept better and ultimately seek our help to eat cleaner.
