

Prior to signing up with us, Kath tried a meal delivery service from a dietitian. They didn’t really ask anything about her, no weight, no height, nothing. They just made meals and delivered it to her. Unsurprisingly to us, Kath was always hungry and that lethargic feeling caused her to eventually stop. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated case. This is the primary reason as to why nutrition plans must ALWAYS be specifically tailored to the clients’ variables. A properly computed plan will not make you hungry(except during the adjustment week). On the contrary, it might even make you feel full all the time!
Fortunately for Kath, she got inspired by transformation stories of past clients and eventually found her way to us. Fast forward to 4 months into the program and not only did she managed to flatten her love handles, enhance her curves and remove her lower tummy protrusion, but her abs are much more visible now and her side profile thickness improvement is easily a size or two down trousers wise! She lost a total of 15.6 lbs during this duration and everything was due to a nutritional change alone!
If there’s one thing we’d like to highlight about Kath’s transformation is that despite only losing 15.6 lbs and still above her healthy weight range, we managed to lean her up in such a way that it seems like she’s already hit her end goal.
