There is a preconceived notion that becoming fit is difficult after a certain age and we’re here to tell you that in our 6 years of operation, we’ve handled clients in their late 40s and 50s who transformed way better than those who are decades younger. Such is the case for Stephanie.

At 48, such was her mindset prior to her enrollment as she would try various fad dieting methods and would lose a few pounds but would later gain close to double of that.
