In another display of PERFECT control and execution, Aina here, dominated her 2 months with us with unparalleled dedication and results! This is considering that she had an out of the country trip to Taiwan in between these 2 months. We expected Aina to lean up for the better but we never expected her to transform the way she did, bringing out her hour glass body shape! Most of the time, we are used to surprising clients and other people regarding their results but for we believe it was Aina this time, who surprised us.

We will be sharing 2 key points for this feature, the first one is that Aina NEVER did any workout during her engagement with us. This is PURELY the result of nutrition alone. 2 months, 4 lbs and an hour glass body doesn’t seem so bad considering that ZERO workout was done. This goes hand in hand with what we’ve been saying that working out alone is more or less useless without proper nutrition. The second keypoint is our emphasis on QUALITY weight loss. despite only losing 4 lbs, it’s as if Aina lost way more! This is to reinforce the mindset that people shouldn’t really be looking at scale weight changes and using that as their final basis for progress as it’s very easy to lose a ton of weight, but the difficult step is to LOOK the part. We’ve seen a lot of people losing 20-30 lbs in a month from crash dieting and not look that different from their before photos.

We hope that Aina’s transformation will be an eye-opener to a lot of you guys and try and avoid the money-trap in most commercial fitness establishments with the PT sessions. There are a lot of good coaches out there, but a lot more bad ones too. Know who you’re dealing with and always check on their clients’ progress to have an idea as to what these coaches are capable of. We also wish that this be an eye-opener in terms of the potential damage that may be brought upon your bodies when you join “biggest loser” challenges as these challenges more likely than not would emphasize on quick, drastic results which are a recipe for crash dieting and by doing so would definitely weaken your body’s metabolism. This then will cause a domino effect in terms of weight rebound after a few months.
