While most people view fitness as a way for them to attain their goal physique, to some, fitness is a way for them to improve on athletic performance and Billy here is one of the many athletes which we handle.

Billy here is a Judoka, though we will keep his team confidential as he requested for privacy. His body isn’t just shaping up nicely but we we’re able to help him improve on his agility. Since it’s currently his off-season we took the time to lean him up to ensure that we get to lean bulk him at a later date. So far he has lost 17.6 lbs in 4 months, a steady 4-5 lbs per month to ensure that his athletic performance won’t be affected as much and to allow his body to gradually adjust to his body. Agility has gone up while Billy did claim that his strength wasn’t affected that much which is always a good thing as weight loss and strength loss do go hand in hand in most cases.

Visually speaking, we noticed a huge improvement in his body composition specifically in his chest, mid-section as well as arms. His obliques got sculpted to the point that his “Adonis Belt” started to show. If we are to focus on his side view photo, you could clearly see as to how we managed to improve on his overall thickness. Truly such a transformation can only be achieved from proper nutrition and workout programming.

We are very much proud of this Judoka’s journey so far and we do hope that he racks up a lot of medals in the upcoming collegiate competitions! We’ll be sure to cheer for you Billy! Keep up the good work and keep inspiring!
