Weight Change – 141.3 lbs to 134 lbs
The Architect PH is composed of a fairly young team and while we do plan for our future, it’s pretty much within the 3-5 year range, but after seeing Bruce’s transformation? We DEFINITELY need to work on getting such a body at the age of 42!
When Bruce approached us, we were already amazed as to how fit this guy is for his age, and when he consulted with us that he wanted more, we literally raised our eyebrows as we’re a bit challenged then as to how we could make him even leaner.
2 Months later and neither Bruce nor our team was disappointed! His midsection cuts popped out like it came from a 3D printer. His chest became firmer and while we may not have shown his face, he does look way younger for his age! The best part? We were able to achieve this from just NUTRITION alone!
