You’ve probably heard of the quote “Clothes don’t make the man” or in this instance, a woman. While we wholeheartedly agree with this, as human beings we can’t help but strive to look better may it be as simple as a better haircut or well kept eyebrows. Most of the time though, what prevents us from achieving a certain “look” is the way we treat our bodies. You see, all of us were given our own shapes and sizes but when we get to take this for granted then that is when the problem starts.

What we meant by this is no matter what your body shape might be, may it be pear, triangle or even the coveted hour glass, if you don’t take good care of it by indulging in an unhealthy diet then you risk having issues both in aesthetics and in health. The opposite holds true as well! No matter your body shape, you have the potential to look way fitter than you think. Reference on Anne Hathaway for Rectangle, Kim Kardashian for Pear, Lucy Liu for Inverted Triangle, among others. There is a misconception that certain body shapes would almost always lead to being overweight and that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Take Crizel for instance. Her body is pear shape. Based from her side view profile, you can see as to how difficult it was for her to fit nicely into her leggings as her tummy was bulging and both that and her love handles are clearly getting in the way of a good fit. 10 months and 19.6 lbs later, look at the difference with the fit of her leggings. Not only does her side profile shows an immense improvement in thickness, but notice as to how the bulge was reduced to a blip, so much so that her leggings are now better fitting. The same can be said in her front profile wherein both the bloating and the love handles have clearly been reduced. These improvements resulted to her workout clothes fitting better.
