We all have various reasons for wanting to be fitter. To some, it’s a health concern, to others, a decade old goal which they have been chasing. To Erina? It’s to celebrate one of her life’s most precious moments by being at her fittest during her wedding day.
Erina was never the slacker type. She’s actually quite active, doing various activities here and there but it seems that despite this, she found difficulty in leaning herself up hence she decided to give our services a try. Like most of our clients, what Erina lacks is proper guidance in terms of nutrition. Despite being active, without proper nutrition itself, her efforts would prove worthless, a slight visual improvement at best with emphasis on “SLIGHT”.
While 6 lbs in 4 months doesn’t seem like much, one look at her transformation photo and you could trace the difference in terms of her leanness especially as her curves are much more emphasized now, not to mention the “bloated-ness” of her tummy has clearly been flattened.
We’ve emphasized since time immemorial, as to how ignorant focusing on scale weight changes are.
