What started out as a semi-vanity project for Isshiki turned out to be a full on transformation project for his upcoming wedding! It was made clear to us from the beginning though that while aesthetics was a “good to have” for him, his main concern would be his blood sugar as his family has a history of diabetes and his sugar is elevated.

It took Isshiki around a year to be able to trim his body to become fitter and do allow us to tell you that this one year’s worth of journey was filled with numerous challenges and hurdles. Isshiki has frequent business trips and is often invited in lauriats and as such his compliance wasn’t the best to begin with, but what we admire about him is his overwhelming desire to progress and this was quite evident in the middle part of his journey wherein his compliance was absolutely bad, it was barely at 50% and he wasn’t progressing at all and despite numerous recommendations for him to rethink his goals before renewing, he just kept going on and despite wasting more or less 4-5 months in his 1 year’s worth of fitness journey, he finally made it!

Regardless of which photo you view, may it be his front or side view, you can clearly see the huge improvement in his midsection, but more importantly his chest area(man boobs) is flatter. His back fat has also been drastically reduced! The best part of this is that we were able to normalize his sugar levels which was one of his priorities since the beginning!

It’s so easy for people to throw in the towel especially when they don’t get to hit their goals. People are so obsessed with “wanting” something, but only a few would take action.
