When we get to say “body transformation”, there is a certain expectation associated with it that most of us would expect a final end product or end result. Seldom do we get to appreciate the work in progress or how the final result came to be. Today, we share with you Jardani’s 3 months worth of progress.

One look at the photos and you can clearly see a difference in his chest fat as well as his midsection to the point that you could actually see his abs slowly shaping up. While Jardani is clearly still far off from his ideal weight range as well as ideal body, it is always good to appreciate the little milestones along the way. Don’t be fooled though as there is nothing little about Jardani’s progress as he lost 26.6 lbs in 3 months which is really good!

We know how intimidating it can be to share your progress especially if you’re coming from a very unfit body, but we encourage you to do so. When these little milestones get accumulated, you would be surprised as to the end result. It also helps in the sense that your progress becomes genuine. It’s not as if you’re showing someone who went from obese to a 6 pack in a short span of time, but rather a gradual progression which most folks suffering from the same weight issues could definitely relate to.
