A majority of men who are overweight tend to have similar variables which caused their weight gain, some of these variables are inactivity, excessive eating, alcohol, lack of sleep and excessive consumption of sweets.

While a majority of this can be easily fixed through proper nutrition and a lifestyle change, the actual process of doing it, is the challenge. It’s not easy changing your lifestyle overnight. I always tell my clients, there is no “easing your way in” but rather either you go all in or you don’t. Jasper here is just one of the many clients we’ve handled before that had the same issue. All he did? Was to prepare his own meals and exercise 3x a week at the comfort of his own room. You don’t need no fancy dieting techniques nor a gym membership to achieve what my clients have. All you need is the willpower to actually change your lifestyle.
