One look at the transformation photo and you can see what 3 months worth of dedication did for Jordan. We’ve encountered a lot of setbacks during this period but nothing too serious to demotivate him. It’s ironic how medical professionals are tasked to take care of our health and while they do, they tend to set aside their own.
Jordan is one of the many medical professionals I handle both local and international and it pains me to constantly hear about their 24-36 hour shifts. Perhaps this is something worth looking into considering that sleep deprivation causes cognitive dysfunction and that these sleep deprived individuals are tasked with saving lives which doesn’t sound right.
Fun fact, “Jordan” is the brother of “Yara” who was featured last October 6. So I guess there is some kind of a weight loss sibling rivalry going on at their place.
