Unlike our clients from the Philippines, Kaira, together with our other clients in the UK, have the freedom to exercise in parks and other recreational sites despite being under lockdown due to the pandemic. Kaira took this as an opportunity to drill in as much workout as she could, only to be disappointed from the lack of results.

She’s tried a multitude of dieting methods before, anti inflammatory, dairy free, low sugar diet and even tried fasting but all to no avail. 2 months might not seem like much, but in such a short span of time, we achieved what Kaira was unable to in a span of a year(2020). Not only did she lose 7.7 lbs in total but her figure is so much better as seen from her curves and flattened tummy! Her bloating has disappeared and she’s now way more energetic than before!

Working out, for as long as it’s moderated, will always be a good thing.
