When we talk about stomach bloating, it is almost a sin to pinpoint it to one cause alone as there is often a multitude of reasons as to why the bloating occurs, but one interesting question that we get asked a lot would be “is carbonated water okay?” and the answer to that is a firm no. It’s not just with carbonated water, but carbonated drinks in general as it is one of the most common causes for bloating.

As for the main culprit for Katie’s tummy bloat, we cannot simply pinpoint it to carbonated drinks to which she take during her “red days” to help her alleviate cramps. This is mostly due to months or even years of nutritional neglect and something which she is openly guilty about.

While it took Katie years to bloat up, it took us a mere 3 months to put the bloating under control and allow Katie to lose 16.8 lbs. No fancy gimmicks nor supplements used, nor a single workout committed, all it took to achieve such a transformation was proper nutritional guidance. It doesn’t matter as to which photo you wish to look at, the transformation on either one is quite evident.

People often resort to working out when they feel the need to lose weight, which is a HUGE mistake as far as we’re concerned. You don’t fix a broken engine by fixing the suspension, you fix it by fixing the engine itself. The same can be said for nutrition and working out. Almost all of our clients with weight issues are nutritional issues and as such, we fix it by fixing their nutrition. It’s not the advice people often want to hear, but it certainly is the advice that will help them transform.
