Today’s transformation story will give you a glimpse as to the ugly side of our beloved industry and as to why for 3 years and counting, our mission has remained the same and that is to correct on the myths and misconceptions being propagated by incompetent people posing as coaches may they be certified or not.

18 years, a whole bunch of health issues and close to Php 500,000 was the price to pay for Kendrick’s search for shortcuts. All in all 6 different coaches took advantage of Kendrick(financially) by offering him various forms of shortcuts from Growth Hormones, to Clenbuterol as well as various Anabolic Steroids. What is surprising is that one of the 6 coaches involved here also tried to victimize our very own head coach about a decade ago. That incident made our head coach switch gyms and kickstarted his powerlifting career at Eclipse Gym.

Before we proceed further, we would like to share our official stance regarding the use of performance enhancing drugs such as anabolic steroids. For as long as it’s being used for personal reasons outside of sporting events(aesthetic purposes), then we have no business in minding that decision let alone, commenting on it. The only time we get to have a say on the matter is when these coaches victimize willing individuals, who then eventually become our clients, into thinking these are safe shortcuts with the promise of their ideal bodies only to be let into a money sink, barely anywhere near their desired goals. The moment Kendrick became our client, this became our concern. It’s easy to put the blame on Kendrick for wasting so much money and while it’s true that a part of this is his fault, his only mistake was believing that there was a shortcut.

“100 crunches”, “mag fasting ka”, “alisin mo lang yung carbs”, “araw arawin mo ang ensayo”, were some of the advice he received from his former coaches. Suffice to say he was let down again and again during these 18 years. It was only when his colleague who is an international client of ours informed him of our services that he decided to give it a try and while he was skeptical at first, the rest as you know it is history.

What he failed to achieve in 18 years, almost Php 500,000 in costs and numerous steroid cycles, we were able to hit in 4 months without any workouts nor supplements and of course, ZERO DRUGS. The photos below are self explanatory. His midsection bloat didn’t just disappear, he was able to visibly cut down on his body fat percentage to the point that his abs are showing! To top it all off, for years now, his yearly medical has been a failure. Yesterday’s medical proved to be different, with his doctor rechecking his BP as well as his weight 3X just to make sure that the reading wasn’t a fluke. That is how much Kendrick has progressed in such a short span of time 4 months with us compared to his 18 years of struggle with his previous 6 coaches.

We are fortunate that Kendrick allowed us to share the entirety of his story, however we’d like to keep the names of his former coaches and gyms confidential. We’re not here to publicly humiliate them as these individuals don’t deserve any publicity, instead we do hope that you guys would learn from Kendrick’s mistakes and hopefully save yourself the trouble of dealing with fake coaches. Anabolic Steroids and other Performance Enhancing Drugs are no miracle pills. Without proper nutritional and workout protocols, you still won’t progress. Don’t get us wrong, if you truly wish to delve into the realm of “bodybuilding” there are a lot of knowledgeable “contest prep” coaches out there. These coaches are different from your typical coaches in the sense that they get to handle bodybuilding athletes. The knowledge required in that field is totally different from handling regular individuals. As to what that exactly entail, we’d rather not say but we’re sure you guys get the difference.
