If I would ask you for your favorite transformation photo, I’m certain that most of you would choose the transformation with the defined abs. If you were to ask me? I would choose Leo.

When Leo told me his reason for enrolling, I couldn’t believe what I heard. While most of you would undergo a lifestyle change for health purposes as well as aesthetics, Leo’s goal is more simple than that. His goal? To be able to tie his shoelaces by himself.

Without hesitation I took him under my wing and guided him day in day out, sometimes a little more than the others as Leo has a tendency to lose motivation every now and then despite showing a significant amount of progress.

Fast forward to a month later, Leo’s determination not only made him be able to tie his shoelaces by himself, he can now do this while standing as well! It might seem insignificant, but to this man, it clearly improved his quality of life. Leo and I will be working together on his 2nd month, and with a few month’s worth of determination and consistency? Who knows, this guy might just be as lean as the other transformation photos you see on my page.
