This transformation is a personal favorite of ours in the sense that it’s simple, quick and seamless month in and out! There are no medical conditions involved, no injuries to take into consideration, it’s merely a dietary change kind of situation.

In a little over 3 months, Marki lost a total of 19.2 lbs and while we don’t really emphasize on the scale weight changes, it was only after Marki’s graduation from our program that we realized the huge extent of his transformation both on the scale as well as in terms of his visuals! His midsection has fully flattened, his chest area has leaned up drastically, his shoulders and overall frame now compliments his overall body, giving him a much better looking silhouette!
