Most soon to weds are stressed out with the idea of the wedding itself that looking good during the day itself is a no-brainer and while it was raised to us regarding the timetable needed to counter this, we were quite confident and reassured Paco that it CAN and WILL be done. If our math would serve us right, Paco still has around 3 months to tighten up that midsection and possibly bring out a 6 pack.

The funny thing here is that after the second week, Paco was more or less confident and was quite surprised with the result he’s seeing and more importantly, “feeling”. At least that’s one less thing to worry about regarding the wedding.

We’re no experts in wedding planning nor catering nor hosting(we would highly recommend Eri Neeman for this) but when it comes to fitness? You can bet your entire life savings that we walk the talk and we know EXACTLY what we’re doing.
