We often get asked not just by our clients, potential clients but even by our peers in the industry as to how we manage to produce results when we barely get to meet up with any of them in person as we are purely virtual. To which we would always go back to the very definition of coaching. To us, coaching basically is being able to accurately transfer information and see to it that it gets executed the way you intend it to by your clients and with this said, it doesn’t really matter if it’s online or on-site for as long as you get the message across then that is basically coaching.

Is online coaching more difficult than on-site coaching? From a coaching stand point, up to a degree, yes, but then again there are those such as ourselves which have adapted and thrived on this niche. Is it difficult for our clients? Not at all, as the bare minimum requirement would be to understand and follow instructions. If you can do that then you have a 99.9% chance of successfully implementing our methods. Though coaching style is important, never forget that knowledge would have a lot more bearing as there is nothing to coach if the person doesn’t know what he’s coaching about which is the case most of the time in this industry filled with deceit, lies and misrepresentation.
