The holiday season is just around the corner, but that doesn’t stop my clients from cashing in on their effort and commitment to their fitness plans as shown here by “Trixie”.

Trixie has a graveyard work schedule and just like a lot of people in the IT and BPO industries, she did gain weight through the years because of the unusual work schedule which caused her to munch on food whenever she feels hungry(which is most of the time). Most people might dismiss the graveyard shift as a death trap to abnormal weight gains and most of the time it is, but that is mostly because of poor eating habits.

How is this fixed? Traditional methods would require the client to conform to the nutritionists’ recommendations which might include a change in their sleeping habits and work schedules and not being able to properly follow would usually be pinpointed as the culprit as to why their plans won’t work. BUT how practical is that? How practical is it to let the client be the one to adjust given that their work has a fixed schedule?
