Ritzmond was already a client back in 2022 when after 2 successful months with us, he had to abruptly stop due to financial reasons. While we’re happy that he decided to reach out to us last May to continue where he left off, we weren’t so happy with the circumstances that led to it. You see, Ritzmond was body shamed by his own significant other during that time, the second time it happened in his life which greatly affected his wellbeing prompting him to seek help with us as well as a therapist. We’re always supportive of advocacies that would promote better health but never in a way that would make a person feel bad about himself/herself. Good riddance that he decided to leave her that same evening!

One look at Ritzmond’s front profile and you can see just how beautifully sculpted his midsection is. The lines on his adonis belt are showing to add to the silhouette of his 6 pack! You can see the huge improvement in his side profile too! All in all, Ritzmond lost 25 lbs in a span of 4 months from just a nutritional change alone! Needless to say we’re extremely proud of this guy!

We do live in a judgmental society and we all can be a little bit more kind to one another. One argument which we always see in defence of body shaming is that it encourages the person being shamed to take action, but we’d like to remind everyone that there are a LOT of other ways of encouragement without making the person feel bad about the whole process. Based on experiences with past and present clients, those who experienced a form of body shaming became a bit more recluse and in a lot of ways, made them less willing to change their lifestyle.

We’re firm believers of acting at the right time and everyone’s “right time” would differ depending on their individual circumstances. For Ritzmond’s case, it was more of a financial constraint, but as soon as that cleared up, he took action. Your right time might not be now, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise.
