We do know everyone is excited for the New Year Festivities tonight and everyone is just so eager to gain momentum for 2022! Well, do allow us to feed your inspiration with our year ender transformation courtesy of our soon to be bride, Carissa!

A lot of our clients during this pandemic(2020-2021) were used to having a good enough metabolism and this is most often paired with a good enough activity level which made them shrug off nutrition for the better part of their lives. Unfortunately, the pandemic caused inactivity for the better part of the last few years which made a lot of their weight gain drastic. Carissa, wasn’t spared from this and before she knew it, her clothes didn’t fit her already. It didn’t take long for her to realize what was going on and add her incoming wedding this 2022, she just had to seek help.

While we initially assessed Carissa that it might take her 4 months to get to her pre-pandemic weight, she only needed 2!
