If you have not experienced the feeling of being overweight then do allow us to help stimulate your imagination. It starts with the feeling of laziness which eventually transitions into mid-day naps. What used to be easy tasks such as walking for a block or two starts to become taxing to your cardiovascular system. You start to feel tired all the time, and you start to pant with a few flights of stairs which soon occurs too with the simplest of movements. Ultimately, your joints would feel the added pressure of the unnecessary weight and before you know it, you are now almost incapacitated over actions and activities which used to be normal for you. It becomes worse through time and the visual damage this does to your overall body makes it difficult for you to fit into your old clothes. We have yet to discuss the internal damage this does into your blood chem but we believe you get the message that it’s not a good feeling.

For people like Jonathan, this has been years’ worth of problem. Despite trying his best to follow through things he read online, it was all for naught as his weight just climbed up further, reaching a peak of 230 lbs post-covid. It was at this point that a joint suggestion from two different client of ours made him sign up. The result of that leap of faith was a staggering 37.6 lbs in just a matter of 3 months!
