

It took Tessa 5 months of working out 5x per week to realize that no progress was made despite her sheer effort and willpower. She tried what she could to lose weight, did RF Machines, even at one point did arm lipo, but all to no avail. She was out of shape then and was uncomfortable with her body. Even walking around gave her back pain. It was until a friend of hers shared about her experiences with us that she was convinced to try and join our program. In just a span of 4 months, despite completely stopping any form of workout, she managed to lean up her midsection which you can clearly see from how her side profile thickness improved drastically!
