Given how he lost his grandfather and uncle to diabetes, health was Nick’s primary motivator for kickstarting his fitness journey. It didn’t help that everyone in his family is plus sized. What started out as “testing the waters” 9 months ago turned into a full on habit reform for Nick causing him to slim down by 6 inches on his waist from size 40 to 34, and even then 34 feels a bit loose for him now!

It’s not everyday that you get to see such a huge transformation such as Nick’s 68.2 lbs weight loss in 9 months and while his results are still a work in progress, we decided it would be helpful to everyone going through the same hurdle to see some work in progress rather than seeing the final product/body as the latter is less relatable and in a lot of cases, may even intimidate others. By no means is this an easy journey but it definitely is doable for as long as you have the discipline and the consistency on top of the right guidance! Nick for one, didn’t workout at all to achieve this level of progress. All it took was a change in his nutritional computation month in and out!

The finish line might seem a little too far away for now, especially for those who have yet to kickstart their own journey, but take it one day at a time and you’ll be surprised as to how fast time flies. The secret here is simply starting. It doesn’t matter if you’re making mistakes along the way, as long as you try to improve on them as you go, then results will surely come.
