“Can I lose x amount of weight in x days?” is one of the common questions we get from those inquiring about our services. if they’re desperate, they usually want to lose the weight in a specific number of days. It’s ridiculous how mainstream media put the emphasis in losing weight FAST. Remember that it probably took these people months or years of neglect to reach this point and despite that, they want to “lose it all” in a few days. Losing weight in itself too doesn’t mean much. If you crash diet, you lose weight but where is this coming from? Is it from fat mass? a part of it sure, but where would most of that weight come from? Water of course and unfortunately, muscle mass too and this is where you get to see the difference between QUALITY transformations and those who rushed their way through fad methods.

Take Jen for example, despite dropping a mere 16.5 lbs in a span of 10 months, her figure drastically changed. It would be safe to assume that she’s about 2 sizes smaller, evident from the removal of her tummy bloat! So why is it that there are those like Jen who would lose a little but their visuals would look better than those dropping 20-30 lbs in a month or two? The answer is simple, it’s in the quality of whatever it is that they’re losing. If you don’t want your body to sag all over, then we strongly recommend that you dial it back down a bit and do it the right way.

But what is the right way? We’ve seen a lot of coaches mandate ridiculous amounts of exercises as well as workout days to their clients, extremely unnecessary and that promotes overtraining which then spikes the client’s cortisol levels(Stress hormones) encouraging their body to store more fat. No pain, no gain as they would like to call it. These types of coaches are those who only care about seeing their clients “sweat” and “feel the burn”, as that is their very definition of a “good” workout.

So is more better when it comes to working out? Jen herself was working out TWICE in a day prior to her enrollment to our services. Rather than lose a ton more weight, what happened was that she gained more. This isn’t an isolated case with Jen as we’ve heard this countless times through the years with clients, prior to their enrollment, working out daily only to find their bodies in a worse state than when they started.

But yes, who are we to go up against the norm? Who are we to challenge the “irrefutable and sound advices” given on “The Biggest Loser” or some other “Fitness” shows on mainstream media? Forget that the client we just featured has both PCOS and Hypothyroidism which EXPONENTIALLY makes her case difficult.

As we turn 6 years old tomorrow, we’ll impart a simple tip for everyone wanting to gauge if the method that they’re following is working, if you feel like there’s something amiss or that it’s not working, then it probably isn’t.

If you wish to avoid the guesswork and would like for a NO BS, honest guidance with realistic results then look no further. Feel free to visit https://thearchitect.ph for more info, we have beyond 430+ client transformations posted to date and hundreds more kept hidden due to privacy preferences.
