34 Years Old, Confidential
Weight Change – 160 lbs to 144.5 lbs

A wise jedi master once said, “Do or do not, there is no try”. I believe these were the words Eric lived by during the past 3 months. Somehow I feel bad for him as he would really try his best to follow the nutrition guide while he traveled around the world(although I do see some occasional cheat meals on his instagram feed *I’m watching you Eric*). While most people would certainly gain a few pounds, Eric was able to make his midsection flatter and show a bit of his abs.

I may sound like a broken record repeating the same things over and over again, but the secret to a successful lifestyle change is practicality. How practical is your fitness plan for your client? Even if you give the best plan in the world but if it’s not practical for your client then nothing’s gonna happen because there won’t be any follow through from their end.

My advice to the other coaches is to LISTEN. A majority of the coaches would always think that they know everything and that your needs are just the same as the last person that inquired for the same goals whether it be fat loss or weight gain or something else. Listening will actually allow you to figure out your metrics and it will most definitely help you strategize in developing a plan. Unfortunately a large chunk of coaches are too lazy to bother crafting a new plan for the next client. It is common practice in this industry to reuse plans and while that may work for the first few months, it definitely will not, in the long run.
