

After an injury to his left tibia and fibula last May, 2024. Raphael was forced to stop all activities while awaiting recovery. This caused him to cope through food which caused his cholesterol to spike from 200 to 400 in just a span of 3 months and worst was the weight gain which capped at 11 lbs by the end of January 2025. Considering that his wife and mother in law also transformed via our program, this prompted Raphael to reach out to us for help and help him we did!
In just a span of 2 months, we were able to undo all of his unhealthy weight gain with a total of 11.4 lbs of weight loss. Raphael’s case is quite common.
