Coffee brewed and breakfast served all the while logging into the company laptop in your pajamas! No need to account for the traffic nor the early morning get go to line up at the train stations. This is the beauty brought about by the WFH setup!

However, despite this seemingly beneficial setup is an underlying issue that most of our colleagues and friends suffered from and that is complacency with what we eat.

“They wouldn’t see me anyway”

“I deserve to eat after a long day at work”

“Life is short, why not indulge a bit?”

This mindset is prevalent especially during the start of the pandemic and one unlucky victim was Nicca Marcelino. She used to be “normal” pre-pandemic. She wasn’t big nor was she extremely fit. However, complacency got a hold of her and before she knew it, she bloated up to her biggest weight yet and it was at this point that she started doing a variety of methods to try and get it under control. Crash dieting, IF all of which failed. It was only by chance that she saw a featured client of ours share her story in a group she belonged too that she got exposed to our services and 3 months later here she is with her bikini body!
