One of the key challenges when handling a female client is when she has PCOS or a hormonal imbalance as that directly affects their metabolism. I always tell my female clients with these specific conditions that it will definitely be harder for them but NOT impossible. Guume is the perfect example of that, losing 8.8 lbs in a little over a month.

These women with PCOS and hormonal imbalances usually have issues losing weight despite trying a multitude of dieting methods/diet plans out there. So what sorcery did I employ to Guume? Nothing but basic nutrition and a home workout.

Chances are you wouldn’t even need a gym to begin with.
