Have you ever experienced working out day and night, trying to burn it all off by hitting the gym 5-7x a week only to find out after a month that barely anything has changed visually speaking? While what we mentioned might seem extreme, this could be farther from the truth as we have handled clients who went through this and not only is it frustrating but it can be demoralizing as well.

If you experienced this or is currently experiencing it worry not as there is hope. Hazel herself experienced it and took her 3 months to overcome the “plateau”. If we are to be technical about it, we shouldn’t even be calling it a “plateau” as her method or rather her approach from the get go is flawed. Instead of focusing on her workout, she should have focused on her nutrition as that is her main problem area.

A simple fix was all it took to allow Hazel to break through months of being in “plateau”. She managed to lose 8.3 lbs in almost 3 months but more than the weight being shed, it’s actually the visual changes that proved to be game-changing. Front view and side view wise, it’s quite evident that her overall thickness has greatly been reduced. Her curves are more evident too front view wise and not to mention her waistline clearly improved as well.

To everyone experiencing the same issue, we would highly recommend that you look into your nutrition or to seek professional help. Working out isn’t always the answer. Most of the time, it’s a nutritional issue more than it being a workout issue.
