We could still vividly remember the first time Jayjay inquired. It was her colleague(whom we also featured) who introduced her to our services. Now, it is Jayjay’s turn to take on the spotlight and inspire other people too. A typical cycle in our community.

Jayjay’s main issue can be summarized in 4 letters, PCOS. This condition affects hundreds if not thousands of women and makes it difficult for them to lose weight. It’s quite challenging to tackle but we did make sure that we did the necessary steps to counter this, nutrition wise.

In a span of 4 months, while she lost a mere 6.8 lbs, Jayjay’s menstrual cycle got regulated after February(her first month) and she doesn’t feel sluggish anymore! She was also able to improve on her body fat percentage which is evident on her midsection in her transformation photo! Also to set expectations, Jayjay achieved all of this WITHOUT working out. All of these are proof of a QUALITY transformation. We always tell our clients to aim for QUALITY and not QUANTITY when trying to lose weight as the latter does not necessarily translate to visual changes.

From a coaching standpoint, we couldn’t ask for more(well perhaps a much clearer set of photos next time Jayjay! kidding!), Jayjay gave it her best! So to those of you suffering from PCOS and are having a hard time losing weight, do know that while PCOS makes it more difficult for you to do so, it’s not impossible to counter! Jayjay’s transformation is proof of that!
