Weight Change – 143.8 lbs to 130.5 lbs

You used to be competitive and athletic, winning championships here and there and then came the time wherein you had to step on that stage for graduation. You graduated, started on your first job and after a few months you get to look in front of the mirror confused as you barely know the person right in front of you.

I do believe a lot of former athletes can relate to this, the same way Kael did. Kael was part of the 4-peat LSGH NCAA swimming team back in highschool. He did compete too in college but as with most of us, this all changed due to a shift in priorities. Work can be stressful most of the time as with other “adulting” tasks. His body deteriorated, though not so much, but his tummy gained a bit of mass and his structure, visibly different from before, until he got into our program.

In just 2 months, Kael was able to get his weight down from 143.8 down to 130.5. A clean 13.3 lbs of weight shed. This weight loss also revealed his former athletic body as his V-shaped body(common with swimmers) is now clearly visible from his front view photo. His tummy, DISAPPEARED from the side view photo too. Our next phase for Kael is definitely to do a slight bit of recomposition before we begin with our bulking process.

We’re very much proud of Kael’s hard earned results as he did put in the effort to make sure that the changes you guys see would happen. Keep up the good work buddy! Your transformation will inspire a lot of people to kickstart their fitness journey too!
