If there’s such a thing as the perfect client it would probably be Karl. Not only is this guy determined and motivated, but he knows what he wants and works hard to get it. Karl here is about to get married this February 2018 and there’s no stopping this soon to be husband in his quest for a fitter and healthier body.
When I first assessed Karl, his problem areas aren’t really what I would consider as “difficult” to fix. I taught him the basics, prepped up his workout plan to complement his nutrition and true enough, week after week the changes started to stack up. Not only in the aesthetic department but in terms of strength too. It would be highly unlikely to gain nor maintain strength at a calorie deficit, but somehow everything worked really well for Karl, add his deep desire to succeed, I wasn’t really surprised when he improved on his BIG 3 lifts a few weeks back.
Kuya Karl, you did really well the past 2 months. Keep it up! Not only is this good for you, but it’s also good for the people around you. Seeing your posts on your wall and as to how many people you’ve inspired shows just how good of an influence you are.
Stories like these are what keeps me going. It is an honor to be able to contribute to a person’s most important life event. More than the tailor, the wedding coordinator and planner as well as the priest, I’m truly blessed to be Kuya Karl’s nutritionist and coach.
