Weight Change – 136.4 lbs to 127 lbs

While everyone is fooling around today, it’s business as usual for us. When people talk about weight loss, people often think drastic weight changes brought about by food deprivation. This thinking is not only irresponsible but DANGEROUS as well since most people would resort to not eating or crash dieting as it is most commonly called. Some will even involve supplements or extreme methods of exercising to try and repackage it as a new method of becoming fit.

These “methods” give emphasis on the weight being shed with minimal care in terms of the VISUAL changes brought about by the diet. It is common to see people who do these methods with loose skin, sickly faces as these methods will ultimately CAUSE muscle wasting. The weight being shed will mostly be from water weight and muscle mass and as such, will further weaken their metabolism in the long run hence the potential for a weight rebound is high in these circumstances.

Now allow us to examine KC’s progress in 2 months. While she did lose about 9.4 lbs during this period, her midsection is now clearly defined(both in terms of thickness/width as well as definition) which enhanced her overall figure as she has an HOUR GLASS body type.
