Did she take in any supplements?
None. Contrary to popular belief and exploited by a lot of individuals especially certain “Multinational Health Companies”. No, you do not need to pay for “shakes” or any other “weight loss” products just to lose weight.(protip : it doesn’t work, and you’re basically just crash dieting)

Did she stop eating or reduced it significantly?
No, contrary to popular belief, the keyword is NOT to remove but to replace. I always tell my clients, proper dieting isn’t about reducing calories as much as you can, it’s all about proper food intake which may not necessarily mean that you’ll cut out calories and will cause you to feel full and energized as compared to crash dieting which will cause you to feel weak and sluggish.

Did she workout at a gym?
Nope, just a home based workout.

So what did she do?
– She standardized her daily calorie intake giving very minimal room for fluctuations hence allowing her body to adjust accordingly and her metabolism to adapt.
– She worked out 3x a week at the comfort of her own home, every other day. Yes you do not need to workout every single day and contrary to popular belief, that will be detrimental for your body.
– She slept 6-8 hours a day. Sleep is important if you want your body to adjust properly.
