Weight Change – 112.2 lbs to 110.2 lbs

2 lbs may not seem much, but when you get to a point wherein you’re within your healthy weight range and you’re neither fat nor skinny then that is when the progress slows down.

There’s not much to lose for Krystel, she wanted to be leaner, slimmer and for that to happen, we did a simple body recomp. As you can see her midsection became tighter, her obliques are now flatter. But the best part? She’s now a size 24 from a size 26.5 for her bottoms.

Was I happy with her results? Yes of course, for as long as my clients are satisfied then I have no reason not to be. Can we do better? Definitely. Once Krystel improves on her compliance rate, we’ll start to see some cuts in her midsection. I just want to emphasize that you should NEVER base your progress on scale weight alone. Always look at the visual changes more than the scale weight changes. Ultimately, it’s not about what the scale tells you but what you FEEL and SEE.
