One might wonder as to how can anyone stay fit and healthy despite constantly traveling and hopping from place to place, not for leisure but for work. True enough, Mara lost 7.5 lbs in a span of 3 months and we were very much delighted as to how much of a quality transformation it was. Her midsection’s bloat is more or less gone as evident from her side view photos. Her back is way tighter as with the disappearance of her back fat which can clearly be seen from the comparison on her sports bra strap. Even her tummy is way leaner as evident from both side and front view photos! All of this, while Mara continues her work as usual.

While clients do need to adjust to a change in lifestyle, it should be on the minimum as the customized plan SHOULD be the one to adjust the most, allowing a seamless integration into the client’s lifestyle and as such, making it practical and sustainable for them.
