No you’re not seeing a typo or anything! This beautiful, bubbly woman here is indeed 62! While she is our most mature feature by far in our 3 years of history, her results can easily beat those who are decades younger than her!

Mimi here is the proud mother of one of our previous features who was a bride to be back then! As such we have attached some wedding photos too, just to show as to the extent of her transformation! Despite the age, we managed to tighten up her midsection and this is after THREE pregnancies! You can clearly see as to how we managed to improve on her curves and minimize on her bloating and the best part is, it merely took us 4 months to do so!

Losing weight is nothing if it’s not done properly. Weight shed can easily be water weight or worse, muscle mass and while weight loss is ALWAYS a combination of water, muscle and fat loss, with the right computation, you can skew it to be biased towards fat loss more than the other two.

Whenever we would see and hear people become disheartened due to “age” we always remind them that while age may be something to factor in, it’s NEVER a variable which will LIMIT your results. We have clients who are well within their 40s and 50s who were able to transform their bodies way fitter than our younger clients. Now, we have someone in the 60s range who was able to do the same! We do hope that with this, we get to inspire our folks to be healthier while debunking the “age” excuse!
