We do not in any way promote aggressive timelines for our clients’ transformations, what we do promote are consistency, compliance and quality over quantity in terms of weight loss. I believe it is evident from the images attached as to the quality of Nestor’s transformation as his tummy was significantly reduced especially from the side view photo.
