Our clients get to hear these words often from others, as if they themselves don’t like to be fit. No person in their right mind will not choose to be fit, if given the chance to. Fact is, it’s not as simple as just cutting down on your food intake when food became their source of stress reliever. It’s not as simple as going to the gym when self confidence or the lack of it has plagued them most of their lives. It’s not as simple as taking better care of themselves when they don’t know where to start. Sure, a simple google search will yield a ton of results on what to do. But how many of them are legitimate advice? More importantly, how many of these apply to their specific circumstances?

Anthony has been struggling with his weight for years and just like the majority, he too tried various diets and workout programs but to no avail.
