For the past few stories, we’ve shared some amazing final transformation stories. For today, however, we’d like to share an ongoing one that’s equally amazing that will also allow you guys to see and appreciate the step by step improvements. While a finished transformation may inspire you to take action, some people might find it a bit difficult to relate to considering that they’re already looking at months’ or even years’ worth of effort. Hopefully Isabella’s 5 months’ ongoing progress will change that.

Starting from her side profile, you can clearly see the difference in terms of Isabella’s midsection, specifically how flatter it is compared to when she started! Her back fat too has lessened quite a bit allowing her posture to improve and relieve some of that tension in her back. Upon checking her front profile and you can see the collar bones popping out. Her curves have been restored as well as her tummy protrusion being way less than her day 1! Overall, the way her sports attire fits her is very much telling of her 5 lbs per month weight loss journey so far.

When Isabella reached her heaviest during the pandemic at 170 which was a far cry from her usual 155 lbs pre-pandemic, it was a wake up call for her to take action. It didn’t help too that she started having lower back pains to which her doctor reinforced the conclusion to lose weight. Now, not only did she managed to correct the weight issue, but she beat her usual weight too by a solid 10 lbs lower and counting!

It’s easy to admire people who lose weight in about 2-3 months’ time. But what most people are forgetting would be these people’s starting condition and variables. Realistically speaking for a lot of people, it’ll take way more than that to actually reach their end results. Hopefully, Isabella’s ongoing transformation will remind you guys to take it one day at a time and to remember that it’s not as to how fast you get to the end goal that matters, but more on how long you get to sustain it. This journey is a lifestyle change and not a temporary means of leaning up.
