One of the more common mistakes we see people do is their hyperfixation on weight. A lot of people are aiming to lose a significant chunk of weight despite it making them underweight. This is nothing more than crash dieting and will most likely come from muscle loss which will not only weaken their metabolism but will also make their body sag. A classic tale of choosing quantity over quality, but what would happen if you get to choose the latter?

In just a span of 2 months, and despite being diagnosed with PCOS and only losing 3.7 lbs, Alarice was able to remove a huge chunk of her tummy protrusion which is evident on her side profile.
